A hosted OpenClaw control plane for production-ready assistants

The system design should reinforce our position: productized hosted infrastructure, managed deployment, monitored runtime operations, secure tenancy, and business-grade control.

  1. User chooses template, model, channel, and region in the launch flow.
  2. Provisioning service creates tenant config, secure workspace, and managed secrets.
  3. Runtime orchestrator boots a hosted OpenClaw instance from a hardened base image.
  4. Channel gateway attaches Telegram / Discord / WhatsApp / Slack and validates webhooks.
  5. Ops control plane monitors health, usage, upgrades, backups, and user lifecycle events.
